We don't use chemicals you can't pronounce just to artificially bolster our recipes that we should otherwise be able to make with food- and pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. In fact, you can see our ingredients listed on our FAQ and on every bottle of juice we sell. When you receive your delivery, you can be assured that the product is extremely fresh and of the highest quality. We're kind of fanatical about that.
Second, Johnson Creek will strive to make customer service a very real and organic part of our DNA. It will be this commitment that will dictate our every action and influence our every decision. We get that each of you is an individual, and every contact you have with us will be with a real person.
Third, we enthusiastically back all of the products we sell, and truly believe we make the best products in the industry. However, if for any reason you aren't satisfied with our Smoke Juice or any other product you've purchased from us, send us an email at support@johnsoncreeksmokejuice.com. If your product is within our 60-day satisfaction guarantee, we'll send you a shipping label that you can use to ship your purchase back to us, at no charge to you. It's that simple, we promise!
