CHRISTIAN BERKEY: FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Christian brings over 15 years of retail management experience to Johnson Creek Enterprises, LLC. Christian became involved in the industry after becoming an ardent e-smoker and realizing that the choices of e-liquid on the market were woefully inadequate. Knowing that we could develop a better product right here in the U.S., he dedicated himself to developing the master recipes we use today. Christian has been leading the company from day one.

MICHAEL GALESKY: PRESIDENT
Michael is a highly decorated military intelligence professional now retired from the U.S. Army with experience in analysis, materials handling, and production. Michael's leadership is instrumental in the success of the production process we use today. Michael has been with the company since its inception.

HEIDI BRAUN: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Heidi's vast background includes both operations management and customer relations management in the healthcare, restaurant and retail sectors working for multiple Fortune 100 companies. Heidi brings with her key business and corporate fundamentals that have helped make each of those companies among the most respected names in their respective industries. Heidi was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September of 2009, and has been with the company since July of 2008.

ROBERT KIECKBUSCH: CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
Bob brings to Johnson Creek Enterprises over 15 years of engineering experience in the medical/ healthcare field. His background as an ISO9001 internal auditor as well as his previous experience heading the Document Control department for an FDA approved medical device company has made him a vital asset to our team. He is the leader of the Product Development team that has created both the recipes and "Vea" line of hardware designed to work in perfect harmony with those recipes. Bob and his team work daily to create new flavors and improve the hardware so our customers are always receiving the best e-smoking experience possible. Robert was promoted to Executive Vice President of Product Development in September of 2009 and then to his current position of Chief Product Officer in March of 2013. Robert has been with the company since March of 2009.

DAVE EFFINGER: DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL
Dave has over 25 years experience in the food business with the last 5 years spent with Quality Control/ Quality Assurance as an emphasis. Dave has an AIB certification for GMPs and is HACCP certified. He has extensive experience as a 10-year business owner, and 10 years as a Plant Manager for a food packaging company. These experiences have given him a keen eye for detail, and helped develop a positive leadership and management style. Dave has been with the company since September of 2011.

DEREK GLENNA: SENIOR R & D CHEMIST AND SENIOR MANAGER, LAB OPERATIONS
Having worked hands on in the research, quality and production of custom active pharmaceutical ingredients, Derek brings his chemical and quality control knowledge to Johnson Creek with a particular focus on a biochemistry involved. Derek's curiosity and chemical intuition are driving forces in ensuring that everything manufactured by Johnson Creek Enterprises is as incredible as the last. Derek also oversees the production and scheduling for all of our products. Derek has been with Johnson Creek since November of 2011.

SUSAN GEIGER, DIRECTOR OF PURCHASING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Susan brings to Johnson Creek Enterprises over 20 years experience in various executive leadership roles at both national and international companies. Her experience partnering with industry, academic and regulatory experts to obtain FDA approval for new products is also helpful as we look to the future for our industry. She is tasked daily with streamlining and implementing various processes to help source, negotiate and purchase products in every aspect of our business. Susan also oversees both the receiving and inventory aspects of the company to assure we can always maintain the quick order fulfillment standards that JCE has become famous for. Susan has been with the company since January of 2012.
