Order Fulfillment Specialist

Are you able to juggle multiple tasks with ease? Do you LOVE going the extra mile for customers? If so, come join our dedicated Order Fulfillment team, we'll give you all the training and tools you need to make sure our amazing customers get their orders shipped out correctly & on time. You are the last line of defense between our customers placing an order and receiving that order; and we count on you to be accurate. This is what we'll need you to do:

• Be able to lift 50+ pounds
• Have an attention to detail like no other
• Accurately pack customer orders
• Replenish packing stations
• Organize packed orders for shipping via various carriers
• Other tasks as assigned

Customer Relations Specialist (2)

Are you able to juggle multiple tasks with ease? Do you LOVE going the extra mile for customers? If so, come join our dedicated Customer Relations team. Not an e-smoker? No problem, we'll give you all the training and tools you need to help support our amazing customers. You are the direct link between our customers placing an order and receiving that order; and we count on you to be the face of our company.

What we’ll need you to do:

• Efficiently and accurately process order changes, exchanges, returns, & refunds
• Answer customer emails & phone calls in a fun yet professional manner
• Patrol our Twitter & Facebook accounts to help our customers where ever they prefer
• Come up with additions and deletions to our Frequently Asked Questions
• Be totally obsessed with your role as an advocate for the customer within our company (while having fun)
